Effective AUG 14, 2009

The Admins have been spending a lot of extra time cleaning spam from the various boards. Effective immediately NEW members will not be able to post until their first TWO posts have been approved by an ADMIN/Moderator.

This change will NOT affect anyone who has made 2 or more posts in the past.

Some spammers will still be able to register, but this will keep them from being able to get their posts published. The Admins will still have to remove them, but at least the general membership will not be bothered by them.
